I authorize The Gypsea Traveller to charge my credit card referenced in this authorization in the amount of ($500.00) for The Gypsea Traveller Design Fee.

 

I understand this fee is non-refundable.

I understand if I am using a debit card with a daily spending limit, it is my responsibility to contact my bank to give them permission to authorize the transaction.

A Design Fee of $500.00 per household is required before The Gypsea Traveller will research, plan and implement your vacation. This fee is non-refundable and includes but is not limited to:​​​​​​​​

​

• Creating a custom itinerary for your vacation with specific day to day details on sites to see, excursions and/or tours, dining and other vacation details. 

• Providing a destination guide or cruise guide with packing and tipping guides.

• Access to your vacation via an App called Travefy where you can view your vacation details online or offline

• Booking your excursions if needed​​​

• Updating you on any changes that may arise with your itinerary

• Complimentary Travel Insurance quote

​You will have access to The Gypsea Traveller via phone, text and/or email before and during your vacation during office hours Friday-Monday 8am-2pm EST for any questions or 24/7 for emergencies during travel.

• The Gypsea Traveller can book flights outside of a vacation package for an additional $200 per person. Change and cancellation fees may apply. ​

​

• For some destinations, if you would like us to make your dining reservation, we can do so for $75.00. Any changes or cancellations after reservations have been made are up to the client to adjust.​​​

​

• If you receive your itinerary and decide to change the destination, another planning fee will be required. The original planning fee includes one destination.​

​

• We may not have access to all excursions and you may have to book some yourself, including government and state website reservations.

​

• Once your itinerary has been finalized, The Gypsea Traveller allows a one time change. After the first change a fee of $50.00 per change fee will be required.

• The Gypsea Traveller cannot break down package costs, but our packages are designed to provide you with the best value as well as make vacation planning easy by booking everything under one package. The Gypsea Traveller has partnerships with suppliers, hotels and tour operators which often have contractual agreements and wholesale pricing not available to the public which doesn't allow to itemize.
