I authorize The Gypsea Traveller to charge my credit card referenced in this authorization in the amount of ($75.00) for the Dining Reservations fee. 

 

I understand this fee is non-refundable.

I understand if I am using a debit card with a daily spending limit, it is my responsibility to contact my bank to give them permission to authorize the transaction.

A Dining Reservations Fee of $75.00 per vacation is required before The Gypsea Traveller will reserve dining for your vacation. This fee is non-refundable and includes but is not limited to:​​​​​​

• Booking all Dining Reservations for your vacation via phone or OpenTable App​

Please Note:

• Any changes or cancellations after reservations have been made are up to the client to adjust.

• Some restaurants charge reservation fee and/or cancellation fee. The Gypsea Traveller will send you the paperwork to authorize the restaurant to charge your credit card their reservation fee.

• The Gypsea Traveller is not responsible for charges the restaurant may make to your card if you cancel within 24 hours or no show for your reservation. ​​​

​You will have access to The Gypsea Traveller via phone, text and/or email before and during your vacation during office hours Friday-Monday 8am-2pm EST for any questions or 24/7 for emergencies during travel.
