I authorize The Gypsea Traveller to charge my credit card referenced in this authorization in the amount of ($497.00) for The Gypsea Traveller planning fee. I understand this fee is non-refundable.

I understand if I am using a debit card with a daily spending limit, it is my responsibility to contact my bank to give them permission to authorize the transaction.

A Vacation Planning fee of $497.00 per household is required before The Gypsea Traveller will research, plan and implement your vacation. This fee is non-refundable and includes but is not limited to:

 

​This plan is designed for anything outside of the Sun & Sand Package like a vacation to Europe that's not a river cruise, a custom New Zealand or Costa Rica vacation, etc. 

 

​It includes the following:​

• Researching the destination, resorts, transportation, flights and protection plan

​

• Creating a custom quote with no more than 2 package options.

​

• Booking the vacation (flights, resort, transfers, car rental, and protection plan)

​

• If you deposit on/book a vacation package the following are included:

​

• Providing excursion recommendations

​

• Providing information on the resort(s)​

​

• Choosing Seats for your flights

​

• Adding TSA and Mileage numbers to your flights

​

• Updating you on any changes that may arise with the flights or package

​

You will have access to The Gypsea Traveller via phone, text and/or email before and during your vacation during office hours Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm HST for any questions or 24/7 for emergencies during travel.

**if for some reason after you've booked your vacation, and you decide to change your booking, The Gypsea Traveller allows a one time change. After the first change a fee of $50.00 per change fee will be required.**
