Exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges and will be happy to exchange any item. All items must be returned in perfect condition just as it was sent to you.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to me. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Items being exchanged will be shipped to you at no cost once the exchange is completed.
Refunds on an Exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
