The Outrigger Kona is located south of Kona town. It's located on Keauhou Bay which is where the Manta Rays come in the evenings. The Outrigger has a viewing platform to see them from the resort if you don't opt for an excursion where you can get in the water with the Manta Rays. The rooms are being renovated and should be done in late 2023. They have a family pool with a waterslide and an adult only pool. ($$S)

2. The Westin Hapuna Resort
The Westin Hapuna is located north of the airport. Guests can access the Westin Hapuna's Beach and the Mauna Kea Beach Hotels' Beach, which are both public and really beautiful beaches on the Big Island. The rooms are renovated and modern. ($$$$)

3. Mauna Kea Beach Hotel
Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is located north of the airport. Guests can access the Westin Hapuna's Beach and the Mauna Kea Beach Hotels' Beach, which are both public and really beautiful beaches on the Big Island. The rooms give off a cool 60's vibe. 5. Four Seasons Hualalai
There are not many words to describe The Four Seasons Hualalai. You have to see it for yourself to understand!
