$247.00 per household research & design fee

I authorize The Gypsea Traveller to charge my credit card referenced in this authorization in the amount of ($247.00) for The Gypsea Traveller research & design fee. I understand this fee is non-refundable.

I understand if I am using a debit card with a daily spending limit, it is my responsibility to contact my bank to give them permission to authorize the transaction.

A Research & Design Fee of $247.00 per household is required before The Gypsea Traveller will research, plan and implement your vacation. This fee is non-refundable and includes but is not limited to:​​​​

​

• Researching the destination, resorts, cruise ships/river cruises, transportation, flights and protection plan

• Creating a custom quote with no more than 3 package options

• Booking the vacation (flights, resort, cruise, transfers, car rental, and protection plan) *NOTE we do not book flights that aren't part of a vacation package*

If you deposit on/book a vacation package the following are included:

​

• Providing a destination guide or cruise guide with excursions, dining and more!

• Access to your vacation via an APP where you can view your vacation details online or offline

• Assisting booking your excursions

*please note we don't have access to all excursions and you may have to book some yourself*

• Providing information on the resort or cruise line​

• Updating you on any changes that may arise with the flights or package

• Choosing Seats for your flights (if booked through a package)

• Adding TSA and Mileage numbers to your flights (if booked through a package)

​You will have access to The Gypsea Traveller via phone, text and/or email before and during your vacation during office hours Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm HST for any questions or 24/7 for emergencies during travel.​​​​​

For Hawaii Only- if you would like us to make your dining reservation, we can do so for $75.00. Any changes or cancellations after reservations have been made are up to the client to adjust.

**if for some reason after you've booked your vacation, and you decide to change your booking, The Gypsea Traveller allows a one time change. After the first change a fee of $50.00 per change fee will be required.**
